In our high-energy salon we like to have fun, get loud at times, and spread our good vibes to everyone!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24-hour notice on cancellations. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
ONLINE BOOKING POLICY
Appointments booked online must be guaranteed with a credit card payment. Gratuity is not included in the service amount and is happily accepted upon completion of the service.
REFUND POLICY
Products will be refunded within 30 days with a receipt. Gift cards will expire after one year. No refunds will be given for gift cards. Please call The Hair Lounge with further questions.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.
RESERVATIONS
We recommend scheduling your appointment as early as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you may relax and facilitate the most rewarding experience. We regret that we may be unable to extend the time of an appointment if you arrive late.
REDO POLICY
We want you to be thrilled with your new style. If anything is not to your satisfaction within four days of your service please let us know, it would be our pleasure to make any necessary adjustments.

GIFT CARD POLICY
The Hair Lounge gift cards are perfect for any one on any occasion and are redeemable only at The Hair Lounge. Our gift cards can be used toward any salon or spa service or for purchase of any products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. The Hair Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
